Mr. Knight has handled jury and judge tried cases since 1975.  Raised in Anniston, Alabama, and now residing in Talladega County, he began his practice in Atlanta, Georgia, trying cases in its Superior Courts, State Courts and in Alabama and Georgia Appeals Courts, Federal District Courts, United States Courts of Appeals (5th, 6th, 8th and 11th Circuits), and since 1976 in Alabama Circuit Courts and Supreme Court. Also has handled appeals to the U.S. Supreme Court.

Graduated from Emory Law School, Atlanta, 1975.  Received a prior degree from Johns Hopkins University, Baltimore 1972.  Now specializing in complex litigation, often with intricate medical, financial, technical and scientific issues.
Have tried and won numerous jury cases, non-jury cases and argued a number of appeals successfully in U.S. Courts of Appeals and Alabama Supreme Court.
Will at no charge, conduct discussion of handling of your case, at no charge to you until the case has been accepted and you have agreed on a fee arrangement satisfactory to you.
