Our Anniston office is located next to the Federal Courthouse (see photo above). Our "new" Talladega office is on the square at Battle Street and East Court Square. Our law firm is currently handling many civil cases in Calhoun and Talladega Counties, but we will make the time to talk to you about any serious case.
Types of CasesWe try many types of civil litigation. We have three jury trial set, for example, within the next two months. At your direction, we will conduct a trial before a jury, or a judge without a jury (or settle if you so direct) cases of Product Liability, Motor Vehicle collisions, Toxic Torts , Personal Injury, Insurance Bad Faith, Fraud, Business Disputes, and other civil matters. We are handling a number of Vioxx cases at present, for example. We handle Chapter 11 and other complex insolvency disputes, both in State, Federal and Bankruptcy Courts. As a matter of current interest, in light of the recent death of Michael Jackson, Tim Knight took his deposition some years ago, part of which is on our News Page.
