We try many types of civil litigation, and have successfully represented individuals and small businesses in cases as diverse as  in product liability, motor vehicle collisions, toxic torts, personal injury, insurance bad faith, fraud, business disputes, pharmaceuticals, automobile design defects, boat design, train wrecks, estates, condemnation, medical devices, business misconduct, and a host of other civil matters.  We have handled a number of "crashworthiness," PCB, FenPhen and Vioxx cases, for example.  We also handle business controversies, Chapter 11, and other complex insolvency disputes, both in State, Federal, and Bankruptcy Courts.

 At your direction, we will fight to help you reach a fair settlement, or if needed go to trial before a judge or jury.

Our law firm is currently handling many civil cases in Calhoun, Clay, Cleburne, Jefferson, and Talladega counties and in Federal Courts, but we will make the time to talk to you about any serious case.  We handle cases primarily in Alabama and Georgia, but can practice in other geographical areas as needed.

We will, at no charge, conduct discussion of the handling of your case, and will continue to discuss free of charge until the case has been accepted and you have agreed on a fee arrangement satisfactory to you.​
